Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in Abu Dhabi. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, including processing cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift. The role includes assisting customers with billing inquiries, resolving basic payment issues, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The Cashier will follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service, while collaborating with the local team to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage cash transactions accurately, including counting cash, reconciling tills, and handling multiple payment methods.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills, including use of POS systems and standard office applications.
• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures, maintaining records, and safeguarding company assets.
• Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in finance, accounting, or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
