Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to handle customer transactions, process payments, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be honest, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Accurately process cash, card, transfer, and other payment transactions.

• Issue receipts and provide correct change where applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.

• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Handle customer questions and resolve basic complaints professionally.

• Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.

• Check prices and confirm product details when necessary.

• Report discrepancies, shortages, or payment issues to the supervisor.

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cas

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Basic mathematics and good money-handling skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
