- Prepares and prints Cash Count Sheet
- Encodes daily REG & RF Collection
- Prints consolidated RF collection report (Night Duty)
- Files/Sorts OR (Duplicate)
- Attends to other tasks which maybe assigned from time to time
- DISBURSEMENT UNIT
- Prepares/checks PF vouchers before releasing
- Refunds doctor’s PF
- Records transactions in the cashbook
- Prepares replenishment reports as need arises
- Assists the Disbursing Unit Head in his/her functions
- Prepares Monthly Reports of doctor’s PF
- Files/sorts/organizes vouchers and other files for storage
- Routes replenishments and other documents
- Attends to other tasks which maybe assigned from time to time
