Cashier / Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to manage daily cashiering operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts and refunds, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a clean and efficient checkout area. The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using the company's ERP system (e.g., Oracle NetSuite)
• Receive and process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment methods
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change accurately in accordance with company policies
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable checkout area at all times
• Provide courteous and professional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Keep accurate records of customer transactions and maintain necessary cashiering documents
• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded properly in the system
• Assist in monitoring and safeguarding cash, company assets, and confidential information
• Coordinate with other store personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level
• Experience as a cashier or in retail/customer service is an advantage
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledgeable in using ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar software is an advantage
• Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle cash responsibly
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to be assigned in Anonas, Cubao
