Cashier / Server

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and customer-oriented cashier to join our team.

A. Cashier

1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
3. Issue official receipts and maintain accurate sales records.
4. Ensure that all cash collections are properly recorded and accounted for.
5. Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment concerns.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
7. Coordinate with the supervisor and restaurant team regarding sales and transactions.
8. Perform daily cash count and cash reconciliation as assigned.

B. Server

1. Welcome and assist customers courteously and professionally.
2. Present menus and explain available food and beverage items.
3. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
5. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables before and after each service.
6. Attend to customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.
8. Check customer orders and help ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With or without cashiering experience
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Applicants residing in Balete, Balagtas, Concepcion, or Banaba East are encouraged to apply.
