Cashier / Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier / Service Crew to join our team at JPSC Group Holdings INC. This is a full-time position located in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashier and service areas.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently processing customer transactions and payments at the cash register
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about our products and services
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role in the hospitality or retail industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
