Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales, food orders, and returns efficiently.
• Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including processing cash, credit/debit card transactions, and giving correct change.
• Assist customers with food service orders, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and handling food properly during transactions.
• Prepare simple food items as needed, supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when required.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong food handling skills with an understanding of food safety management and sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when assisting with food preparation.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
