Cashier Supervisor

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures proper handling, accounting, and reporting of cash receipts and deposits.
• Provides adequate supervision over sales settlement to ensure compliance with company policies, systems and procedures.
• Motivates, train, disciplines and develops subordinates.
• Ensures efficient maintenance of records and files.
• General supervision and administration

1. Reviews daily cash reports and bank deposits; ensures that all collections are in order, properly accounted for, deposited intact on the following day and properly acknowledged by the bank.

2. Performs settlement and cash receiving functions whenever necessary.

3.. Checks cash advances requests if in accordance to policies and ensures that cash

4. Supervises preparation and review of Daily and MTD summary reports pertaining to warehouse reconciliation and deposits.

5. Checks propriety and accuracy of input data based on source documents
