Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the cash register and beverage station
• Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while processing cash transactions with basic math accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage service stations, and seating areas
• Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and beverage service
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales processing
• Previous experience in food service or café environments with barista skills preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to perform food handling safely and adhere to food safety regulations
• Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Experience in beverage preparation, including coffee-making techniques and drink service
• Attention to cleanliness and detail in maintaining a hygienic environment
