Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly.
• Proven ability in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
