Responsibilities

• Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and food handling areas.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Serve customers promptly, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or special requests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to food safety management and sanitation standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order processing.
• Experience working in retail sales transactions within the food industry or café settings is advantageous.
