Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation activities.
• Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing food service orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Culinary experience or food preparation skills are a plus, along with knowledge of operating kitchen equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation, and maintaining a clean work environment.
