• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
• Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote products effectively.
• Offer technical assistance or product information, especially for technology-related items or services.
• Ensure excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous.
• Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales—particularly involving product demos—is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and excellent time management are essential for success in this role.
• Prior experience in retail or cashier roles that involved customer interaction will help you excel here.
