Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions, including cash handling, card payments, and digital payments
• Provide product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are attractive and accessible
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
• Ability to demonstrate products through engaging demos and technical sales experience is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and records
• Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication
• Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $26.60-$28.32 per hour
