Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Zazaland Smoke & Vapes is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Cashier to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Store Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM, 7 days a week Applicants must have flexible availability and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Verify customer IDs and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist customers with product recommendations and answer questions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Restock merchandise and help maintain inventory
• Work with the team to create a welcoming shopping experience

Qualifications:

• Previous smoke shop experience is preferred but not required
• Retail or cashier experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn about our products
• Must be at least 21 years old
