Key Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and genuine conversation
Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
Process cash, credit, and electronic payments with precise cash handling
Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and recommend additional products
Prepare, package, and present guest orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
Restock condiments, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed

Required Qualifications

At least 15 years old (or meet local employment age requirements)
Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
Coachable mindset with willingness to learn and accept feedback
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry and cash handling
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements

Preferred Qualifications & Benefits
