Cashier/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Bilingual SPANISH & ENGLISH SPEAKING cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier must be knowledgeable of how to use a computer preferably at a proficient level. Previous customer service experience preferred and good knowledge of how cashiers operate. You will obtain a certificate to roll fingerprints (livescan) as well as become a NOTARY PUBLIC. Ultimately, you'll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Collect utility payments to be paid.
• Perform shipping transactions.
• Maintain and organize checkout areas.
• Livescan fingerprint rolling.
• Notarize documents.
• Manage PO boxes (sort mail).
• Accurately print out money orders.
• Guide customers and provide relevant information.

Skills

• Previous cashier experience preferred.
• Basic PC/Computer knowledge.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Bilingual (Spanish).

Must be 18 years or older, Must be California Residence

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
