Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, capable of providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing cash register operations. This role involves engaging with customers, handling transactions accurately, and performing various restaurant duties such as cleaning and taking out orders to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately processing customer transactions.
• Handle cash drawers responsibly, ensuring proper cash management and reconciliation.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area, including tables, counters, and other designated spaces.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks as needed, including taking out orders and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency is a must to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Responsible attitude with strong attention to detail in cash handling and customer interactions.
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Flexibility to perform various tasks beyond cashier duties as needed in the restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer satisfaction.
