Job Overview
Customer service is a key part of our business and we're looking for individuals with a great attitude to help support our team. The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable serving customers face-to-face. Those who are successful in this position will also be responsible for accurately ringing up purchases, determining pricing and handling cash transactions.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly manner.
Assist customers in selecting the correct product based on their needs.
Assist customers who are having difficulties with their purchases.
Process customer returns in a timely manner.
Use established procedures to complete daily tasks.
Focus on maintaining a high level of customer service.'
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
