Cashier/Customer Service Representative

At Grand Slam Car Wash & Lube, the person at our front counter isn’t just a cashier — they’re the face of the whole experience. When a customer walks through our doors, you’re the first real conversation they have with us. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in their environment, and can turn a routine car wash visit into something customers actually remember.

This is a full-time position with bi-weekly pay, commission earnings, and real growth potential in a locally owned business that is actively expanding.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming every customer who walks through the door — warmly, every time, no exceptions
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Pitching and selling our membership program to lobby customers — you earn commission on every membership you sell
• Keeping the lobby clean, organized, and presentable at all times — you own this space
• Answering questions about our services, packages, and pricing with confidence
• Creating an experience that makes customers want to come back

What we’re looking for:

• A genuinely warm, outgoing personality — this is non-negotiable
• Someone who takes ownership of their space without being asked
• Basic math and cash handling comfort
• Reliability — if you say you’ll be there, you’re there
• Prior customer service, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not required if you have the right attitude
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available weekends

Schedule: Full time | Tuesday–Sunday | Hours based on location needs

Pay: Competitive hourly + membership commission
