Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Phone Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering phones, and assisting with carryout orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
