Weekend Server / Cashier – Saturday & Sunday

Pay: $15.75–$18.75 per hour

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 AM–Close

Job Overview

Spicee Bite is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Weekend Server / Cashier to join our team!

No restaurant experience is required — we are happy to train the right person. We're much more interested in finding someone with a great personality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.

You'll be one of the main faces our customers interact with, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and helping create a great experience for every customer.

This position is specifically for Saturday and Sunday, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend hours or additional income.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about our menu.
• Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Serve food and drinks to customers.
• Check on guests and make sure they have a great experience.
• Recommend menu items and help customers decide what to order.
• Keep the dining room, front counter, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Prepare and restock drinks, utensils, sauces, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Assist with takeout and online orders.
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Help teammates during busy periods.
• Complete assigned cleaning, restocking, and closing responsibilities.
• Learn our menu, restaurant procedures, and customer service standards through provided training.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants 21+ are preferred due to alcohol-service responsibilities.
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM through closing.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to stay productive and help wherever needed.
• Previous restaurant, serving, cashier, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
