Cashiering Supervisor (Siargao)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cashiering Supervisor to oversee cashiering operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cashiers, managing funds and deposits, maintaining compliance with financial controls, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cashiering operations, including cash collections, deposits, and special transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of cashiering reports and bank-related transactions.
• Manage revolving funds, petty cash, change funds, gift certificates, and accountable forms.
• Monitor and maintain POS systems and cashiering equipment.
• Lead, coach, and develop cashiers to improve performance and service quality.
• Conduct cashiering audits and internal control checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer concerns related to cashiering transactions and provide prompt resolutions.
• Identify and prevent fraud, theft, and cashiering irregularities.
• Support store administrative and operational requirements, including compliance audits and timekeeping activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in cashiering, retail operations, banking, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, fund management, POS operations, and financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
