CASHIER/RECEPTIONIST

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing restaurant team in Salcedo, Makati City.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
• Process orders and issue receipts.
• Manage reservations and assist guests with seating arrangements.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide basic information about the restaurant.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Keep the reception and cashier area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About you

• At least High School Graduate.
• Cashiering, receptionist, or restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, courteous, hardworking, and reliable.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling cash and transactions.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-focused and passionate about providing excellent service.
