About the role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing restaurant team at our Glorietta, Makati City location.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
- Process orders and issue receipts.
- Manage reservations and assist guests with seating arrangements.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide basic information about the restaurant.
- Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
- Keep the reception and cashier area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About you
- At least High School Graduate.
- Cashiering, receptionist, or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable, courteous, hardworking, and reliable.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling cash and transactions.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused and passionate about providing excellent service.
