Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Conduct product demos to help customers understand features and benefits of various items
• Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls, addressing questions or directing calls appropriately
• Skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Previous supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment
• Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers
• Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills with a friendly phone manner
• Experience in upselling
• Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and transaction accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and patience in busy settings

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
