Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Sales Associates to join our 7-Eleven team! As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, have a positive attitude, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and other transactions.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays to ensure products are properly organized and available.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, floors, restrooms, and outside areas.
• Prepare and maintain fresh food, coffee, and other beverages according to 7-Eleven standards.
• Check product expiration dates and rotate inventory as needed.
• Follow company policies regarding age-restricted products, including tobacco and lottery sales.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, cashier, or convenience store experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for assigned duties.
