Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Process cash, credit, and digital transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace including food prep areas, dining tables, and cashier stations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food service activities
• Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
• Follow food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support retail sales transactions where applicable, promoting menu items or merchandise

Requirements

• Must be available Monday-Friday mornings/ afternoons
• Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems
• Strong cash handling skills with the ability to process transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation
• Culinary or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Food preparation skills and restaurant experience are desirable assets for success in this role
