Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions and takeout orders.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Seat guests and help manage the dining room flow when needed.
• Keep the front counter, entryway, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist with takeout orders, packaging, and order accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive dining experience.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Friendly personality and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a computer or POS system.
• Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
• Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but not required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-oriented Server to join our team! We want someone who enjoys interacting with guests, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns professionally.
• Process payments accurately and handle guest checks.
• Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
• Work closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Follow restaurant sanitation, food safety, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
