Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where good service makes a difference? We’re looking for a Cashier / Server to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and being part of a team. Full training is provided, so previous experience isn’t essential.

A Typical Shift

You’ll help create a positive experience for customers, whether they’re placing an order, making a payment or looking for assistance. The role combines customer service, cashier duties and food service, with a focus on keeping everything running smoothly throughout each shift.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, professional manner
• Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately
• Serving food and drinks and checking orders for accuracy
• Answering questions about menu items and available options
• Keeping counters, service areas and dining spaces clean and tidy
• Restocking supplies and preparing the service area for busy periods
• Working with colleagues to provide efficient, friendly service
• Following workplace hygiene, food safety and cash-handling procedures

Full training and guidance will be provided as you learn the systems and daily routines.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or cashier work is welcome, but it isn't essential. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and contribute to the team.

You’ll be well suited to the role if you have:

• A friendly and approachable manner
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• A reliable approach to timekeeping and attendance
• The ability to stay organised during busy periods
• A willingness to support colleagues and take direction
• A professional approach to customer service and handling payments

Candidates must be able to commute to the Cleveland, OH workplace. Experience in food service, retail or hospitality is an advantage, but applicants from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
