JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing CHICKBON team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, QR, debit card, and credit card payments following company procedures.
• Ensure accurate billing, proper payment recording, and cash accountability.
• Familiarize yourself with CHICKBON’s menu, flavors, promotions, and product offerings.
• Recommend products, upgrades, and add-ons to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly endorsed before serving or releasing to customers and delivery riders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and customer service areas.
• Assist with dining area operations, including table cleaning, customer assistance, and maintaining dining supplies.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, dispatchers, and supervisors to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, grooming policies, and workplace rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during peak hours.
• Willing to undergo training and follow company standards.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
