Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their beverage and food selections, ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and smoothies following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision while processing all cash transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, equipment, and dining areas through regular cleaning routines.
• Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by serving drinks promptly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing guest needs with enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and customer service.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
