Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
• Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and upselling opportunities
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed to maximize sales potential
• Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor
• Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels, and conducting merchandising tasks

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store appearance
• Ability to perform product demos and effectively upsell to increase sales opportunities
• Multilingual capabilities to connect with a broader customer base and enhance service quality
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers or coordinating with team members
