Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through menu options, including food, spirits, wine, and cocktail selections.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, cocktail preparation, and food presentation in a casino atmosphere.
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations;
• Build strong guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service environments like restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs or casinos.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
