Casual All-Rounder

About the role

Maid of Auckland is seeking a hospitality all rounder to join our team in Edwardstown, South Australia. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• TAB , Gaming, Bistro & Bar Rotation

• RSG 3, RP Badge, RSA, Required

• Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate loading during your shifts

• Enforcing hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness

• Providing support and guidance to the team as needed

• Occasional Casual DM Shift available to the right candidate

About you

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using H&L and NowBookIt software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Available to work evenings and nights as required
