About the role
The historic Toronto Hotel, on the shores of Lake Macquarie, is looking for a friendly, energetic and experienced casual floor and bar staff to join our team. Following a multi-million-dollar renovation, we’re open 7 days with bars, a restaurant, function rooms and gaming.
The Venue
- Daily restaurant lunch and dinner service
- Corporate events
- Large -scale live music events
The Role
- Serve drinks and provide excellent customer service in our bars and on the floor
- Support restaurant, function and live music event service
- Keep the venue clean, safe and welcoming
- Work as part of a fun, cohesive team
About you
- Previous hospitality experience (essential)
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential)
- Friendly and outgoing, with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to stay calm and organised in busy periods
- Reliable, with a team-first approach
- Availability for weekends and evenings
