Your responsibilities

• Mixing and serving drinks efficiently during busy periods
• Taking orders and processing payments through POS
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
• Engaging with guests and maintaining service standards
• Supporting general bar operations as part of the team

What you'll need

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Experience in high-volume retail bar service, including tap beer pouring and can service
• Comfortable working fast-paced shifts, reliably and independently
