We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen team at our busy coastal brewery.

If you love fresh, uncomplicated food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a fun team in a laid-back coastal setting, we’d love to hear from you.

The role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver great-quality food for brewery guests, locals and visitors. You’ll be involved in everything from prep and service to maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
• Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has commercial kitchen experience
• Works well under pressure and enjoys a busy service
• Takes pride in quality, presentation and consistency
• Is reliable, organised and a team player
• Has a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Is available to work a flexible range of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Experience in a pub, brewery, restaurant or high-volume kitchen is highly regarded.
