What they need
The Novotel Vines Resort located in the Swan Valley is seeking to employ Casual Chefs for our upcoming busy season.
Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
You will have previous exposure to all areas within the kitchen including conferencing and restaurant outlets.
Duties will include
. Prepare mis-en plus as required.
. Ensure stock rotation and minimum wastage.
. keep all working areas clean and tidy.
. ensure all equipment is maintained, services and cleaned.
. ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: $34.96 – $54.78 per year
