**Position Summary:**
Admire Support Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Mornington, Victoria. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals and fostering their independence.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and routines.
• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and other daily tasks.
• Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities within the community.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment that respects the rights and dignity of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Document client progress, incidents, and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications:**

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience working in a disability support role preferred.
• Strong empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different individual needs and circumstances.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
