Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator looking for flexible casual work where you can make a real difference in children's lives?

Journey Early Learning is looking for Casual Educators to support our Lucas and Lucas Rise centres in Ballarat. Whether you're a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator, this is an opportunity to join supportive teams, build meaningful relationships and create engaging learning experiences while enjoying the flexibility of casual work.

About The Role As a Casual Educator, you'll support our centre teams to deliver high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care, helping children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Contribute to learning environments that reflect children's interests, strengths and individual needs
• Support daily routines, care and educational programs across different age groups
• Work collaboratively with permanent educators and Centre Leadership to maintain quality practice
• Adapt to the needs of each centre while contributing to a consistent, positive experience for children
• Support inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging

About You We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

You'll Bring

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work across different rooms, routines and centre environments
• A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
