Forklift Operator - Casual Night Shift

Recruitment Select is currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and adaptable Forklift Operator to join a busy manufacturing facility located in Girgarre, approximately 40 minutes from Shepparton.

This is a casual position offering 8-hour shifts, predominantly on night shift. The successful applicant must be available to be on call and able to attend work at short notice when required. Additional rostered shifts will be available throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move palletised stock throughout the facility
• Assist with processing and production duties as required
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment
• Operate forklifts and equipment in accordance with workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support other operational tasks as directed by management

About You

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• A current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Flexibility to assist across various areas of the operation
• The ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
• Proven experience working independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transport and dependable attendance
• The ability to successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
• A current Police Check
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
