Personal Training Position | Mount Macedon

Looking for a casual personal training role in Mount Macedon? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability

• Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
• Two mornings each week
• These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

• Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
• 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
• 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

• Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
• Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
• Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
• Help interested people understand what the training involves.
