The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen are looking for a Casual Receptionist.  As our Casual **Receptionist,**you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

As a Casual Receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people.

Casual Receptionist will have:

• An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
• Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills.
• With previous experience as aHotel Receptionist , preferably or a positive attitude and passion to learn.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile.
• Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work. Typical shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 14:30-23:00, as the business requires.
