Casual Receptionist /Optical Assistant

An exciting opportunity exists for a Casual Receptionist/Optical Assistant to join our busy, upmarket optometry practice in central Sydney.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the team in a variety of tasks.

About the Role:

· Welcoming patients and managing appointments.

· Assisting with retail sales of eyewear and accessories.

· Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

· Performing general administrative and reception duties.
