Casual Sales Assistant

Love people? Love beautiful things? We're looking for you.

At Pascoes, we believe shopping for jewellery and watches should be a memorable experience — and that starts with amazing people. We're looking for an energetic, reliable and outgoing superstar to join our Palmerston North team and help create those special customer moments.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves variety, enjoys meeting new people and wants to be part of a fun, supportive team. Whether you have sales experience or you're looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

As a Casual Sales Consultant, you'll be helping customers find the perfect piece, sharing product knowledge, delivering exceptional service and supporting the team during busy trade periods and team leave.

What we're looking for:

• A confident, positive and approachable personality
• Someone who loves connecting with people and building rapport quickly
• Great customer service skills and a genuine desire to help
• Reliability, flexibility and a can-do attitude
• A quick learner who is keen to grow and develop
• A professional presentation and a great sense of humour

What's in it for you?

• Competitive wages plus commission opportunities
• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
• Full training across jewellery, watches and customer service
• The opportunity to work with beautiful products every day
• Be part of a wider retail family including Farmers, Whitcoulls, Stevens, Stewart Dawsons, Pascoes and Goldmark
• A genuinely fabulous team environment (yes, we said it!)

If you're someone who brings energy, personality and a passion for people, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and become part of the Pascoes team.
