Casual Sonographer

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sonographer looking for casual and flexible work within a growing radiology group. You will be passionate about patient care, have strong clinical and technical skills, and take pride in providing a high level of service to our patients. Casual opportunities are available across QRS practices, with flexible shifts to suit your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general sonography scans with comprehensive technical skills
• Work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide high level patient care and customer service
• Assist with interventional procedures as required
• Maintain strong interaction with radiologists and clinical support

About you

• Appropriate tertiary qualification and current ASAR accreditation
• Comprehensive general sonography skills
• MSK experience highly regarded
• Advanced vascular and obstetric experience advantageous but not essential
• Experience assisting with interventional procedures advantageous
• A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong focus on patient care and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
