Casual Support Worker-Seaford

We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Seaford. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred care to a male individual living with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and remain independent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
• Support client with household tasks, meal preparation, and community participation.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and incident reports.
• Follow care plans and ensure all services align with Support At Home and company standards.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience supporting people living with disabilities.
• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Pay: $38.56 – $45.88 per hour
