Casual / Weekend Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced and well-presented casual Receptionist who can deliver genuine first-class customer service along with an outstanding level of professionalism.

The duties and responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

• Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls
• Greeting customers
• Ensuring the reception are kept clean and presentable
• Carrying out daily tasks that involve data entry
• Assisting with general administration when required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist / front line role - automotive experience is desirable but not a prerequisite for this role.

• A professional and customer service-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities.
• A team player attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential).
• An automotive background (advantageous but not essential).
