Job Overview

We are looking for a Content QC Agent – Catalog Processing to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce cataloging, product listing, SKU processing, and product content management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check product catalog content for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and update SKUs, product listings, titles, descriptions, and other product attributes.
• Ensure product information meets defined quality and formatting guidelines.
• Identify and correct errors in product content, descriptions, and listings.
• Work with different product categories and ensure consistency across catalogs.
• Perform quality checks while maintaining accuracy and productivity targets.
• Follow process guidelines and meet daily/weekly quality and productivity requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce cataloging, product listing, SKU processing, or related roles.
• Experience in title and product description writing across different product categories.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content errors.
• Comfortable working with repetitive, process-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹15,600
• Take-Home: ₹14,000 approximately
